Join us on June 20th, 2026 at the Marriott at  Crabtree for the Sigmas Scholars Foundation

All White Affair Brunch & Day Party  Fundraiser

This application is for makers, artists, boutiques, retailers, pre-made packaged foods, and small business owners wanting to advertise their services.

Vendors will be provided table/s, chairs, and a black tablecloth. Vendors may also choose to provide their own tablecloth as well as displays that fit into the space provided.

Event Date

Saturday, June 2oth: 11:00 am – 3pm

Vendors will be permitted to begin setting up their table/s at 9am.

All applicants accepted into the festival will be required to submit a certificate of insurance naming Shop Local Raleigh as additionally insured on the policy.

ELECTRICITY: Will be available if identified in advance if you need power

Vendor Fees

Each space has one six foot table with black linen and 2 chairs

Application closes June 1st, 2025

All applicants will receive a response regarding the status of their application within 3 days of submitting their application

If your application is accepted, payment must be submitted within 7 days of approval.

Sigma Scholars Foundation receives no commission on sales. Each vendor is responsible for the collection of North Carolina sales tax during the festival. At the time of this application, the sales tax rate in Wake County is 7.25%. Food & Beverage is +1% additional. It is the responsibility of the vendor to collect the appropriate tax at the festival. To apply for a Sales and Use Tax Account Number, visit: www.dor.state.nc.us and choose form NC-BR. For additional information about North Carolina sales tax, please contact the NC Department of Revenue at 1-877-252-3052.
