Jaden Bowdrie
Jaden Bowdrie, a 2024 graduate of the Apex Friendship High School with an earned GPA of 4.5. A scholar athlete and a member of the Varsity Football team, Jaden was instrumental in organizing a project to provide holiday meals for residents of a local shelter in Raleigh. In addition to the shelter project, Jaden was instrumental in organizing a chess tournament among regular players at his high school that included asking players to bring five non-personable food items to the event that were donated to a crisis ministry organization. His faith continues to be a central part of his life which is exemplified by having served as an Acolyte at his church, serving as a youth leader for younger acolytes. Jaden applied and was accepted at the University of North Carolina-Charlotte where he will pursue degrees in exercise science to better serve the next generation of athletes.
