
Sydnei Holmes is a 2026 graduate of Heritage High School, where she earned a 4.558 weighted GPA and ranked in the top 3% of her class. A strong student leader, scholar-athlete, and service advocate, Sydnei served as Teen President of the Capital City Chapter of Jack and Jill of America, Inc., Director of Service and Philanthropy for Heritage High School’s Student Government Association, and a four-year varsity track and field athlete with conference honors and two school records.
Through her STEM internship with North Carolina state government and summer healthcare programs at Duke University and Emory University, Sydnei developed a passion for healthcare equity. She will attend the University of North Carolina with plans to pursue medical school and become a physician who supports preventive care, free clinics, and health education in underserved communities.
